There are some rocks not far from here that come right up to the beach, we wanted to walk out among them...but after seeing this we decided we should wait until the Pacific is more calm. Four steps out into the water, a wave almost knocked me over...it was humbling to say the least.
Yesterday the Pacific was as harsh as I have seen it since we arrived. I could feel the back eddies being only one step into the water. I tried to capture the power on video, but it never seems as awesome.
