We are heading out tomorrow morning, I think we are going to Turtle to Barra de Navidad, or perhaps Manzanillo, or maybe the Michoacan Coast.. It all depends on how we feel in the morning. There aren't any trailer parks in Church's book in Manzanillo, so we might just be passing through.
We are told last year in San Patricio there were only about 4 or 5 sunsets the whole winter worth speaking of. We got lucky....two nights in a row were treated to this spectacular sight.
Watch this fellow.....dive straight down
Plunk!!!
Coming back up.
hmmmmm...I guess he missed, I don't see any fish in his mouth
Off to do it again.
Below is the hotel beside the other trailer park in town. It is quite nice, all the trailer spots are either on the ocean front or face the lagoon behind the hotel. It is 250 pesos a night, has a swimming pool and hot showers. The trailer park is on fine gravel, which is not my favourite. When we come back this way if we stop in San Patricio we will stay there for a night or two. We like the park we are in, but it is 50 pesos more, doesn't have a swimming pool and the showers are not very hot.
Here comes a big one!
Kaboom!!!! Sometimes these waves hit so hard you can feel the ground shake.
I don't know what kind of bird this is. At first we thought it was a robin...but it isn't. She sat in the tree just outside Myrtle for the better part of the afternoon.
I see someone is enjoying the new camera! show offs!
