It was a gloomy, rainy day in Biloxi today.   I seem to have come down with a cold and was feeling like a bag of dirt all day.

Gerry woke up with a migraine at 6 a.m., but with lots of drugs managed to feel well enough to go to the Casino in the mid-afternoon.   He won $200.00!   So now he is up $100.00.   I wonder how we should spend it?   Perhaps not all in one place eh?

 We took a drive around the neighbourhood....or what used to be a neighbourhood.    There used to be houses where all these foundations are.    Katrina has changed the face of this town forever.

 

 

 There are tiles still on the floor from the home that used to occupy this space.

 We are parked in the same spot to overnight as we parked last night.
About 100 yards down the beach there are shrimp boats docked.  Tomorrow we will buy some nice fresh shrimp and try our hand at cooking them up Cajun style.     YUMMY

If you look close enough, at this picture you will see that the third boat from the left is named Lady Brenda J.
