Cuernavaca

We have had bad internet that's why this is late. After we did the Butterflies we left for Cuernavaca. The problem was it was 2 in the afternoon. And it was a 2 lane hwy up and down mountains. Anyone that has driven on a Mexican road knows how narrow they are. And with a drop off of a few thousand feet it was a white knuckle drive. And it got dark out I broke my number one rull never drive after it gets dark. There was no place to stop until a little town called Coatetelco. Pulled in the Pemex but they had no room so I just pulled of the street just past them. This worked great till 6am when this guy starts banging on the side of the RV. He needed me to pull ahead 5 feet so he could set up his Taco stand. So I pulled ahead and we left there by 7am. It only took about an hour to get here.
Check out the back tire you would be surprised how often you see this.

This is the place we are staying at. El Paraiso. The gate is kept locked at all times If you want out or in the owner has to come out to the gate to unlock it. He told me this is a Mexican campground on the weekends they come here from Mexico City and he gives all the International travelers a deal. Well the prise was 300 pesos plus 85 for Lara he says that the price is 400 plus 85 for all the extra guests no wonder we are the only ones here.

Here we are parked close to the office so we could get the internet but it only works once and awhile its 3.30 am and its working now but it was not working at 12.

The park does look nice.

The girls hanging at the pool.

This is the workers house wonder how high he needs it.

Do you think in Canada that you could get that propane bottle filled its as old as that grill.

So we did nothing today took our laundry in and had to buy water also looked for some kind of bug guard the kind you plug in the guy in town said to go to Walmart but to lazy. After that drive along the mountain cliff yesterday even Lara needed a day off. She even said she was afraid driving yesterday looking down thousands  of feet. So we were all do a day of nothing.

    1. Maybe just wait and see what else I have in store for her. One good thing we will be at the Ocean soon and that is pretty flat there.

    1. We have 2 TelCel sticks but there are lots of places they will not work. Just like in the US we have one for Virgin mobel and there are lots of places they will not work there.
